"Contributing to Society and Culture with Safety and Innovation"—This is Kongo’s corporate philosophy. We are sometimes asked why “culture” is included in this statement. While it certainly reflects our direct contributions to cultural facilities, it also embodies our desire to play a role in supporting the happiness of many people.
Capitalist society is now shifting from the pursuit of short-term profits to a new value system centered on the pursuit of happiness. Throughout history, humanity has sought prosperity through technology, but technological advancements have also brought new challenges. We are transitioning from an era where tangible objects symbolized technology to a new age where information and intelligence drive social change. As values and definitions of happiness evolve, we aim to adapt to these transformations by staying closely attuned to societal and human needs while embracing a future that prioritizes inner well-being.

That said, we do not negate the importance of tangible goods. The real world is fundamentally supported by physical objects, and as a manufacturing company, our mission remains unchanged.
At the same time, to respond to the demands of this new era, we will further enhance our proposal and development capabilities for our core business of mobile shelving and storage equipment, while also expanding into new growth areas to create innovative value.

In 2024, we established the Value Co-Creation Division to work alongside our customers and partners in developing products and services that foster a sense of happiness.
